Welcome to the Kamado Users Manual Project.

This is a homegrown effort to utilize the vast amount of personal experience that Kamado users have to create a complete users manual for the Kamado, including everything from what to do the moment the truck arrives with your Kamado, to recipes for your first light to maintenance of your K.

The INITIAL work-in-progress manual is located here:

http://www.chefjuke.com/kamado/k-manual.pdf

I am in the process of getting chapter feedback and taking volunteers for working on specific chapters.

Below is the list of chapters/topics I have so far and who is currently working on them.

If you would like to participate, please send me an email at juke@chef.net
